To the fishing lakes in Prad
Distance and time: 10 km, about 1 hour
Itinerary: Lichtenberg – Prad – fishing lakes – Lichtenberg
Difficulty: Easy bike hike, even ground, return path with slight incline before Lichtenberg
Itinerary description: On the cycle path at the end of the village you can ride your bike across the village Agums to Prad. Before the bridge of the river “Suldenbach”, turn left along the river bank, at the intersection slightly to the right and continue on the left river bank, pass the sports zone and continue on the cycle path to the fishing lakes. Refreshments are possible in the “Fischerstube”, outdoor playground for children available. Return on the same way.
Circuit in Venosta Valley
Distance and time: 18 km, about 1.5-2 hours
Itinerary: Lichtenberg – Glurns – fishing lakes – Prad – Lichtenberg
Difficulty: Easy bike hike on firmly mounted road. Easy climb to Lichtenberg.
Itinerary description: From the small main square in Lichtenberg turn left and pass the inn “Schwarzer Adler”. It goes up and down easily until you reach the medieval town of Glurns. In front of the city wall you cross the river and cycle back under shady alders, until you will reach the fishing lakes and then go on to Prad. From Prad cycle to the small village of Agums and back to Lichtenberg.
