Reservation & cancellation conditions
A reservation is only binding with written confirmation and after transfer of the requested confirmation deposit.
Cancellation conditions for direct reservations: up to 61 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the reservation can be canceled unilaterally by the customer with a written declaration without any cancellation fees. If canceled within 60 to 22 days before arrival, fees amounting to 30% of the agreed total price will apply; if canceled within 21 days before arrival, the fees will be 100% of the total price. In the event of early departure or late arrival, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the booked but unused days will be charged. In the event of a no-show without cancellation or notification, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you have booked through an agency or portal, the cancellation conditions listed there apply.
Please also note the cancellation conditions in your offer or in your booking confirmation, which may differ from the general cancellation conditions due to postponement as a gesture of goodwill or for other reasons.
We will be glad to confirm you a apartment category but not the room number or the floor.Arrival & Departure
On the day of arrival the apartment is available approximately from 16.00 to 18.00 pm. In case of late arrival we ask for a short message to keep us informed. On departure day we ask you to leave the appartment by 9.00 am.
Lounge
On the ground floor of our main building Suvendes; accessible at any time; with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi access.
Internet access
In all apartments free Wi-Fi is available.
Private parking and garage
Each apartment has it’s own parking space in the underground garage. There is also a private car park outdoors.
Bicycles
You may put your own bicycles into the bikeroom; available in every house.
Food, cleaning agents, …
washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, spices, consumables etc. are not provided. However, we are happy to help out if necessary.
Washing machine and tumble dryer
For an additional charge there are also a shared washing machine and tumble dryer available. The machines are located in the house Valdiras. Mrs. Lechner will give you the key. On each balcony you’ll find a clothes drying rack.
Ski room and ski boot drying room
Our houses offer you ski storage rooms and ski boot dryers.

Juice, tea and coffee bar, large choice of cereals and seeds with milk and yoghurt, sweet corner with cakes and croissants, honey, chocolate, jams and diet jams, fresh fruit, butter and margarine, various types of cheeses and sausages, boiled eggs, egg buffet with order possibility, large bread assortment. Coffee, hot chocolate and warm milk are served on the table.
Dinner
18.30-20.30 entrance time
4-course daily menu with large fresh salad buffet, cold starter, warm appetizer or soup, main course and dessert. Children’s plate on request. During holidays we offer a whole buffet for children.
