Prices & Inclusive services

The prices are indicated per day for a minimum stay of one week. Shorter stays are possible on request and subject to their availability. For short stays, festive seasons and events, a surcharge may be calculated.
Our prices include all additional costs such as water, electricity, heating, indoor pool, laundry, towels, garage, bike and ski storage and statutory value-added tax. The local tax is not included.

Final cleaning
The final cleaning, by agreement, can be made by the guests themselves. Otherwise 29,00-40,00 Euro will be charged.

Four-legged friends
Pets are only allowed in some apartments and therefore must be stated at the time of booking, otherwise pets will not be accepted. For dogs we charge 33,00 Euro per stay without food.
