In a quiet location in the small village of Lichtenberg, located in the municipality Prad am Stilfserjoch,
our family-runned apartments are the ideal starting point for your best holiday.
Here, surrounded by the breathtaking mountains and landscapes of the Venosta Valley with over 300 sunny days a year, your longed for vacation can start.

Suvendes Apartments include three buildings.

The main house is Suvendes, then there are Maraines and Valdiras.
The general facilities such as our indoor pool, lounge and garden
with children’s playground are accessible to all guests free of charge.

No matter if young or older, couples, family or extended family,
in need of relaxation or hungry for activity, playful or professional
- we definitly have something to offer to you:

Hiking, climbing, mountaineering, cycling in summer
or skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, iceskating in winter, romantic carriage rides
through the apple blossom in spring or in harvest time, Törggelen (the typical South Tyrolean chestnut meal)
or the return of the cattle from the alpine pastures in autumn
- in the Venosta Valley, the most beautiful spot in South Tyrol,
a holiday is exciting and recommendable in all seasons.

After 35 years full of wonderful encounters, growing firendships,
turbulent experiences and lots of emotions, the Residence Lechnerhof now turns into Suvendes Apartments.
After that all apartments in our main house have been redesigned, the time came
for a new name and a new logo, too. The old Romansh name
of our village Lichtenberg will designate the main house from now on.
Of course, the house Maraines continues to be one of them.
Also appropriately named we have the house Valdiras.

What remains is the honest hospitality and the usual warmth,
with whom we will continue to welcome you in our beautiful home.
